Dieses mal hat es sehr lange gedauert, bis ich die nötige Zeit hatte, die letzte Sendung online zu stellen. Nun ist es soweit. Zwei Debut-Alben habe ich letzte Woche vorgestellt:
Die Menahan Street Band ist eine Art All-Star-Band von Musikern aus dem Daptone-Records-Umfeld, unter Führung von Thomas Brennan, dem Gitaristen der Dap-Kings. Eine absolut bemerkenswert schöne Soul-Jazz Platte die ich euch wärmstens empfehlen möchte.
Mr. Confuse wurde durch das inzwischen aufgelöste Producer-Team Breakout bekannt. Nun hat er sein Solo-Album vorgelegt, das sich hören lassen kann.
